Terms
TaylorNetWeb and TNWS are considered identical and is known as the "provider" of services to you, the "customer".

"Web Sites" and "Email" include but are not limited to, any and all systems, services, and functions of TaylorNetWeb.

ANTI-SPAM POLICY

TNWS prohibits the use of the Services in any manner associated with the transmission, distribution or delivery of any unsolicited bulk or unsolicited commercial e-mail ("Spam"). You may not use any TNWS services to send Spam. You also may not deliver Spam or cause Spam to be delivered to any of TNWS Services or customers.

In addition, e-mail sent, or caused to be sent, to or through the TNWS Services may not:

use or contain invalid or forged headers;
use or contain invalid or non-existent domain names;
employ any technique to otherwise misrepresent, hide or obscure any information in identifying the point of origin or the transmission path;
use other means of deceptive addressing;
use a third party's internet domain name, or be relayed from or through a third party's equipment, without permission of the third party;
contain false or misleading information in the subject line or otherwise contain false or misleading content;
fail to comply with additional technical standards described below;
otherwise violate TNWS's Terms of Use.

TNWS does not authorize the harvesting, mining or collection of e-mail addresses or other information from or through the TNWS Services. TNWS does not permit or authorize others to use the TNWS Services to collect, compile or obtain any information about its customers or subscribers, including but not limited to subscriber e-mail addresses, which are TNWS's confidential and proprietary information.

TNWS does not permit or authorize any attempt to use the TNWS Services in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair any aspect of any of the TNWS Services, or that could interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of any Service.

If TNWS believes that unauthorized or improper use is being made of any Service, it may, without notice, take such action as it, in its sole discretion, deems appropriate, including blocking messages from a particular internet domain, mail server or IP address. TNWS may immediately terminate any account on any TNWS Service which it determines, in its sole discretion, is transmitting or is otherwise connected with any e-mail that violates this policy.

Nothing in this policy is intended to grant any right to transmit or send e-mail to, or through, the TNWS Services. Failure to enforce this policy in every instance does not amount to a waiver of TNWS's rights.

Unauthorized use of the TNWS Services in connection with the transmission of unsolicited e-mail, including the transmission of e-mail in violation of this policy, may result in civil, criminal, or administrative penalties against the sender and those assisting the sender.

TERMINATION; ACCESS RESTRICTION

TNWS may terminate this Agreement, or terminate or suspend your access to the TNWS Web Sites and Web Mail at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon such termination or suspension, your right to use the TNWS Web Sites will immediately cease. UPON SUCH TERMINATION OR SUSPENSION, ANY INFORMATION YOU HAVE STORED ON THE TNWS WEB SITES MAY NOT BE RETRIEVED LATER. Any Email fees paid are forfeit and non-refundable.

INTERPRETING THE AGREEMENT; ASSIGNMENT

If any part of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of this Agreement will continue in effect. TNWS may assign this Agreement, in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice to you. You may not assign this Agreement, or assign, transfer or sublicense your rights, if any, in the TNWS Web Sites. Except as expressly stated herein, this Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and TNWS with respect to the TNWS Web Sites and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between you and TNWS with respect to the TNWS Web Sites. The section titles in the Agreement are solely used for the convenience of the parties and have no legal or contractual significance.

SITE USE AND CONTENT

You may view, copy or print pages from this site solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not otherwise use, modify, copy, print, display, reproduce, distribute or publish any information from this site without the express permission of TaylorNetWeb. At any time TaylorNetWeb may without notice make changes to this site or to the services or products described in this site.

WARRANTIES AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

INFORMATION IN THIS WEB SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TaylorNetWeb SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO ANY PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHER DAMAGES FOR USE OF THIS WEB SITE OR OTHER HYPERLINKED WEB SITES.
